聽得: 得 = de. 念盡: 盡 = jìn. Disposal 將棍: 將 = jiāng. 丈二: the measure 丈 (zhàng) untranslated. 一幌 / 一指: 一 = yì (before 3rd tones).

演武廳 the martial-training hall; 會文閣 the hall of letters. 武將: 將 = jiàng (a general, standalone noun).
三宮粉黛亂青絲，六院嬪妃蓬寶髻。

In the three palaces the painted ladies' black tresses were flung awry; in the six courts the concubines' jeweled coils came all undone.
粉黛 “powder and kohl” — the palace beauties. 青絲 “black hair.” 蓬寶髻 “the jeweled chignon dishevelled.”

The marquises' and earls' gold crowns lost their broidered tassels; the ministers' black-gauze caps flapped their wings wide.
侯伯 marquises and earls. 金冠落繡纓: 落 = luò. 宰相: 相 = xiàng (a chief minister). 烏紗 the black-gauze cap of office; its side-flaps (展翅) stand out like wings.

The officer of the day, though he had words, dared not speak them; the Yellow-Gate usher, memorial in hand, had no way to hand it up.
當駕: 當 = dāng (the officer on duty). 執本 “holding the memorial-tablet.” 無由遞 “no means to present it.”
金魚玉帶不依班，象簡羅衫無品敘。

Gold-fish pendants and jade belts kept no rank; ivory tablets and gauze robes fell out of all precedence.

這陣狂風果是兇，刮得那君王父子難相會；

This blast of wild wind was fierce indeed, blowing so that the king and his princes could scarcely meet;
刮得: 得 = de (complement). Deictic 那君王: 那 = nà. 難相會: 相 = xiāng (“to meet one another”) — contrast 宰相 xiàng above.
六街三市沒人蹤，萬戶千門皆緊閉。
六街三市没人踪，万户千门皆紧闭。
In the six streets and three markets not a footprint of a soul; the ten thousand doors and thousand gates were all shut fast.
六街三市 “all the streets and markets.” 沒人蹤: 沒 = méi. 萬戶千門 “a myriad households.”
正是那狂風大作。

總評 Commentary
The first of the chapter's four contest-rhapsodies, the wind 賦 turns Wukong's single upward point of the staff into a catalogue of cosmic and courtly havoc. Its structure is a descent through the social order — palace halls, generals and scholars, palace women, nobles and ministers, court usher and insignia, buildings, and finally the emptied streets — so that the wind's force is measured by the disarray of an entire hierarchy. The parallelism is strict and the diction ornate, in the manner of the descriptive 賦 embedded throughout the novel; the couplet 侯伯金冠落繡纓，宰相烏紗飄展翅 is characteristic, pairing rank against rank. The passage also stages a clean minimal pair for 相: the xiàng of 宰相 (a minister) against the xiāng of 相會 (to meet), two lines apart. Formally, this is the chapter's first four-chip verse-showcase since the immortals' prayers, and it inaugurates the sequence — wind, cloud, thunder, rain — by which the Great Sage answers the Daoist's five-signal boast in kind.
