行者又將前項事說了一遍,道:「向日有勞,未曾成功;今日之事,望為助力。」龍王道:「遵命,遵命。」行者又将前项事说了一遍,道:「向日有劳,未曾成功;今日之事,望为助力。」龙王道:「遵命,遵命。」

Pilgrim again set out the foregoing matter to them and said, “The other day I put you to trouble, and we did not succeed;
Disposal 將前項事: 將 = jiāng. 行者: 行 = xíng. 向日有勞 “the other day I troubled you.”
今日之事,望為助力。」

in today's affair, I hope you will lend your strength.”
望為助力: 為 = wèi (“on my behalf”), “I hope you will help.”
龍王道:「遵命,遵命。」
龙王道:「遵命,遵命。」
The Dragon Kings said, “At your command, at your command.”
遵命 “we obey the order.”
Wukong recruits the Dragon Kings with an easy familiarity that recalls their past dealings — a reminder of the vast web of celestial acquaintance the Great Sage commands. Their ready assent (“at your command”) completes his assembly of the weather-powers, and the contest is now his to stage whenever he lifts his cue.
