唐三藏: 藏 = zàng. Durative 隨著: 著 = zhe, “following.” 侍立 “to stand in attendance.”
那三道士陪國王坐在樓上。
那三道士陪国王坐在楼上。
The three Daoists sat with the king up in the tower.
Deictic 那三道士: 那 = nà. 陪 “to attend, keep company.” The seating — immortals above, pilgrims below — mirrors the court's bias.
少時間，一員官飛馬來報：「壇場諸色皆備，請國師爺爺登壇。」

After a little while, an officer came galloping to report: “All things at the altar-ground are ready — we beg the Preceptor Father to ascend the altar.”
少時間 “after a short while.” 一員官: 一 = yì before 員 (2nd tone). 壇場諸色皆備: 場 = chǎng; “every item at the altar is prepared.” 登壇 “to mount the altar.”
總評 Commentary
The tableau is set for the contest, its hierarchy plain in the staging: the Daoists enthroned beside the king, the pilgrims kept standing below. With the altar reported ready and Tiger-Power called to ascend, the chapter crosses from courtroom into ritual arena — and the elaborate machinery of the rain-summons, with its 令牌 signals, is what the next batch will unfold.
