Now on the high peak, Devarāja Li and the rest suddenly saw the firelight flashing bright, and came crowding forward in a body.

卻說 marks the shift of scene back to the ridge. Deictic 那高峰: 那 = nà. 一擁前來: 一 sandhis to yì before 擁 (first tone).

見jiàn行xíng者zhě騎qí著zhe龍lóng，喝hè喝hè呼hū呼hū，縱zòng著zhe小xiǎo猴hóu，徑jìng上shàng峰fēng頭tóu，厲lì聲shēng高gāo叫jiào道dào：「來lái收shōu兵bīng器qì，來lái收shōu兵bīng器qì。」见jiàn行xíng者zhě骑qí着zhe龙lóng，喝hè喝hè呼hū呼hū，纵zòng着zhe小xiǎo猴hóu，径jìng上shàng峰fēng头tóu，厉lì声shēng高gāo叫jiào道dào：「来lái收shōu兵bīng器qì，来lái收shōu兵bīng器qì。」

They saw Pilgrim riding a dragon, shouting and hallooing, driving his little monkeys on, coming straight up to the head of the peak and calling out at the top of his voice: "Come and take your weapons! Come and take your weapons!"

Both 著 (騎著, 縱著) = zhe, durative, positional. Both 喝 = hè ("to shout"), positional; 喝喝呼呼 is a mimetic doubling of the war-whoop, and pypinyin bakes the drinking hē for it.

火huǒ德dé與yǔ哪né吒zhā答dá應yìng一yì聲shēng。火huǒ德dé与yǔ哪né咤zhā答dá应yìng一yì声shēng。

The Fire Virtue and Nezha answered with a shout.

答應: 應 = yìng ("to respond"), not the modal yīng. 一聲: 一 = yì before a first tone.

這zhè行xíng者zhě將jiāng身shēn一yì抖dǒu，那nà把bǎ毫háo毛máo復fù上shàng身shēn來lái。这zhè行xíng者zhě将jiāng身shēn一yì抖dǒu，那nà把bǎ毫háo毛máo复fù上shàng身shēn来lái。

Pilgrim gave his body a shake, and that handful of hairs came back onto him.

將身一抖: 將 = jiāng, disposal. Deictic 那把毫毛: 那 = nà. The fifty porters are dismissed by the same gesture that made them.

哪né吒zhā太tài子zǐ收shōu了le他tā六liù件jiàn兵bīng器qì，火huǒ德dé星xīng君jūn著zhuó眾zhòng火huǒ部bù收shōu了le火huǒ龍lóng等děng物wù，都dōu笑xiào吟yín吟yín贊zàn賀hè行xíng者zhě不bù題tí。哪né咤zhā太tài子zǐ收shōu了le他tā六liù件jiàn兵bīng器qì，火huǒ德dé星xīng君jūn着zhuó众zhòng火huǒ部bù收shōu了le火huǒ龙lóng等děng物wù，都dōu笑xiào吟yín吟yín赞zàn贺hè行xíng者zhě不bù题tí。

Prince Nezha collected his six weapons, and the Fire Virtue Star Lord had the several fire departments collect the fire-dragons and the rest; and they all congratulated Pilgrim, smiling broadly — of which no more.

太子: 子 = zǐ; both 了 = le, positional; 都 = dōu. 著眾火部: causative-dispatch 著 = zhuó ("had them —"), the reading locked corpus-wide. 不題 is the storyteller's formula for dropping a thread.

總評 Commentary

A short passage, and almost pure spectacle: the gods on the ridge see the mountain light up, and what comes up out of the blaze is Wukong on the back of a stolen fire-dragon, yelling at them to come and collect their own property. The comedy is in the reversal of rank. These are the Jade Emperor's officers, one of them the commander who lost the weapons in the first place, and they are being summoned to a collection point by a monkey on a dragon.

The passage also quietly closes the ledger opened two passages ago, when the spirits asked when their own treasures would come to hand. They have them back — six weapons, the fire-beasts, the whole armoury — and the narrator marks the settlement with 不題, the formula for dropping a thread. What has not come back is the ring, and the reader is meant to notice that the celebration on the peak is being held over an unsolved problem.
